Astazi, furnizam consultanta, calculam salariile, administram personalul, recrutam pentru companii importante din foarte diverse domenii de activitate: financiar (leasing si recuperari de creante), imobiliar, agribusiness, media si publicitate, automatizari industriale, comert, curierat, reciclare, edituri, federatii sindicale, etc.

Mandatory:
• Experience in B2B sales in an international logistics company: middle (2-5 years);
• Knowledge of English and Romanian (both fluent) - must have;
• Knowledge of the logistics market;
• Basic knowledge about freight forwarding and transportation;
• Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;
• Self-motivation and energy;
• Result-oriented mindset.

• Attracting new customers and developing existing ones according to the company’s strategic plan;
• Recognizing customer needs and selling logistics services;
• Negotiating with the customers;
• Preparing commercial offers;

• Scheduling B2B meetings with the customers;
• Establishing and registering all the details of the first sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
• Implementation of KPI's.
