Deployment Engineer

IDEMIA, the global leader in Augmented Identity, provides a trusted environment enabling citizens and consumers alike to perform their daily critical activities (such as pay, connect and travel), in the physical as well as digital space.

Your main responsibility will be the deployment of our platforms for Mobile Operators and IoT device manufacturers and their integration with client’s IT systems. You will also take part in the process of the migration of our platforms from private data center to the public cloud. Our products allows for remote eSIM cards management for many high-profile customers.

-Deploy platforms and customers before they go live, support SRE as L3 after
-Recover platforms during production incidents to meet targeted SLA,
-Proactively seek improvements of non-functional requirements,
-Validate readiness and maturity of new rollouts through development,
-Provide technical expertise on IDEMIA products and support processes.
