Graduate of an IT engineering school, with project and risk management skills

At least 2 years of experience in a project management position with a regulatory dimension in a consulting firm or an international company

Knowledge of the personal data field (in particular the GDPR) and its application

A OneTrust certification would be appreciated

Interest in regulatory subjects and culture for technological subjects. Knowledge of the context and issues related to Edenred's business sector. Experience in the field of payments, new technologies or in a regulatory environment would be a plus

Flexibility. Ability to manage projects in collaboration with other teams, and to work in a very international environment with teams with very varied expertise and profiles

Creativity and sense of innovation

Strong written and oral communication and coordination skills required

Autonomy and responsiveness. Ability to identify and measure risks, prioritize actions and make recommendations adapted to the context;

Results oriented. Ability to facilitate decision-making in an entrepreneurial dynamic;

Fluent English (written and oral) allowing you to interact daily with teams located abroad. Other languages (especially those related to the field of action) would be highly appreciated;

Potential trips to Europe to be planned.

Reporting to Group Data Protection Officer, the IT PMO will:

Collaborate with the IT teams in the definition, implementation and monitoring of data protection objectives with an IT dimension, in close collaboration with the Data Protection PMO
Monitor the progress of the subsidiaries with regard to the Group's data protection compliance objectives, in particular through KPIs, by using PowerBI, in close collaboration with the Data Protection PMO
Support, or even design, and deploy any tool to digitize the first level compliance support to business teams, in close collaboration with the Data Protection PMO

Regarding the OneTrust tool:

Manage the data protection compliance tool (OneTrust) from a functional standpoint, in close collaboration with the IT application owner at the headquarters and the Admin at EDC
Deploy, and adjust as necessary, the OneTrust modules to support the Group data protection compliance program
Organize presentations / training sessions on the use of OneTrust modules to meet the Group data protection objectives
Provide the necessary support to the subsidiaries (Data Protection Correspondents) within the framework of the data protection compliance program and in the use of compliance tools (OneTrust and others)
Support on the promotion of OneTrust in the subsidiaries and on the cost management, in close collaboration with the Finance department.
