We are looking for a Project Manager in HR team that will offer support to our Program Manager in implementing strategic HR Transformation Program.

A real opportunity for you to increase your HR processes knowledge and develop project management and change management skills, while working in existing transformation project with impact across entire organization!

You’ll have enough flexibility to work in a hybrid system and just about the right mix of human interaction, innovation and team cross function collaboration.

You are fit for this role if:
• You have working experience in HR departament;
• You are familiar with HR processes;
• You are able to work under time pressure and tight deadlines;
• You have good Power Point presentation, dashboards and reports writing skills in English;
• You are a people person who is able to connect with the different cultures that we have within our community;
• You have knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, workflow;
• You have strong project communication and engagement skills.

It would be even greater, but not mandatory, if you had:
• Working experience in a global or international organization;
• Previous experience in project management;
• Previous experience in technology & digital platforms/tools implementation projects.

How you will contribute:
• You will ensure program plan implementation;
• You will help us with implementing change management plan;
• You will ensure implementation of stakeholders’ engagement plan;
• You will create documentation for program meetings;
• You will be responsible with project schedule implementation and the administrative tasks of the program (such as: plan calls/meetings, send invitations, ensure participation of the target audience in the planned meetings, meeting notes, collecting feedback);
• Translate materials in English and /or in Romanian;
• Update program trackers;
• Program status update delivery;
• Track and monitor program costs;
• Support training plan implementation and creation of training materials;
• Data collection & reporting.
