    Requirements

    - Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Economic field;
    - Previous experience in an Accounting/Economic department is a plus;
    - Exposure to SAP ERP system is a plus;
    - PC literate (Microsoft Office tools);
    - Advanced level of English language.

    Responsibilities

    Management of Business Partner Relationship:
    - Exercises business partnership by supporting decision-making through proactive delivery of value adding information and knowledge;
    - Acts as business partner towards Local A&R counterparts and other SSC teams.

    Operational Performance Management:
    - Supports in the coordination of activities for country/ies assigned and ensures the delivery of daily and periodic activities by the team according to SLA and OLA commitments;
    - Performs General Ledger activities, such as, but not limited to:
    - Booking of journal entries and ensures these are processed timely and accurately;
    - Ensures complete processing of journal requests received within cut-off and during month;
    - Prepares balance sheet reconciliation for accounts assigned and performs reviews and other analyses, ensuring timely follow through and resolution of review comments and timely submission to Local A
    - Updates documentation (desktop procedures) on assigned processes including related or applicable internal controls;
    - Performs other periodic activities or ad hoc tasks as assigned.
    - Contributes to the effectiveness of the General Ledger function through the identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution.

    Technical/Financial Standards Management:
    - Ensures compliance with general accounting and reporting policies and procedures and period end routines;
    - Ensures compliance with Group instructions;
    - Ensures compliance with audit and internal requirements;
    - Ensures adherence to admin policies and procedures.

    Good to know:
    - 6 months limited period contract – with the possibility of extension the contract in a permanent one;
    - Paid internship;
    - Full-time program with flexible schedule.
