With these skills, you are a great candidate:
Experience in business planning, financial management and corporate governance control
Highly organised, with good financial and analytical skills, attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience from working in a globally distributed matrix organisation
Knowledge of Project implementation and IT services
Good understanding as end user of support tools (. WIAM, Quality centre, remedy, …)
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:
Generate management reports on various programmes / projects by leveraging data from the entire Corporate Programmes portfolio
Support the management team in business-critical decision-making by providing relevant information
Collect information to produce KPIs for the overall management team
Collection information to produce overall budget monitoring framework
Establish governance processes and moderate the governance forums
Prepare and distribute employee communications
Internal governance (if required)
Facilitate key management meetings including management of agendas, content, activity tracking and follow up, communicate outcomes,
Manages projects resources allocation in Excel (or Jira align), resource forecasting and demand allocation,
UAM for Corporate Programmes SharePoint
Support the Planning Tools Implementation and tool requirements for Jira Align
Drive the coordination of Safe (training & certification)
