    Requirements

    - German language knowledge (C1)
    - English language knowledge (B2)
    - Previous experience in BPO is a plus
    - Good communication skills

    Responsibilities

    - Solve requests via phone/e-mail/chat, in a friendly manner
    - Support type: online, return situations, refund and erroneous invoicing, payment processing etc.
    - Develop and manage relations with customers
