• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of High School degree
• Proficiency in English and German
• Familiar with Recruitment processes in ERP
• Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Administrative writing and reporting skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Analytical capabilities

• Generate offer letter as per country requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre-employment checks
• Communicate candidate feedback
• Generate employee ID and update candidate details
• Coordinate and facilitate Day 1 onboarding requirements for the employee
• Adhere to compliance
• Reporting & Analysis of candidate data
• Audit Management - Support internal/external audits
• Query resolution
