WHAT IS FIRST GEN? Our 1-year Traineeship program is designed for recent graduates who want to take their careers a step further. Through this program, you get an opportunity to work on ‘live’ assignments, gain hands-on industry experience and work with experts at all levels of seniority. • Economics related studies;
• Analytical skills;
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Proficiency in English.
