    Requirements

    University degree
    Prior experience in HR minimum 3-5 years
    Relevant experience in Recruitment and Development
    Good knowledge of local HR legislation
    Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll
    Good knowledge of English language
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
    Previous experience with HR systems and platforms (including personnel admin and payroll) is an advantage
    Availability to travel to the production facilities near Cluj

    Responsibilities

    Handle end-to-end recruitment projects
    Coordinate the new employee’s induction
    Organize Performance Management process
    Identify training needs and create development plans
    Deliver trainings, workshops and follow up activities
    Perform regular internal communications and presentation of procedures and other internal documents
    Organize and administer the Employee Engagement survey
    Organize and administer the Talent Management process
    Organize and administer the Succession Management process
    Participate in annual HR planning and budgeting activities
    Perform analysis and reporting activities
