• Bachelor's Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Arts, or any related field;
• Understanding of the principles of UI/UX;
• Previous experience with Adobe XD, Figma or comparable tools;
• Being comfortable with MS PowerPoint;
• Having an eye for design.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team setting as well as individually.
• Ability to conduct basic usability testing and gather user feedback;
• Professional in English, both verbal and written.
• Adobe Photoshop skills might be an advantage even though it is not a requirement.

Your main mission will be to support the HR team with UI/UX for new HR projects and improvement of the user experience for existing projects and initiatives by:

• Offering support the digitalization process with UI/UX for different tools under development;
• Creating user interface mockups or prototypes based on HR requirements;
• Collaborating with HR team members to brainstorm and propose UI/UX improvements;
• Taking part in preparing high-level presentations and providing visual design support.
