    Your qualifications:

    Min 5 years of relevant work experience
    Business Degree or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record
    Degree level qualification (master degree or equivalent)
    Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean methodology (Six Sigma Black belt or similar)
    Process improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) certification (at minimum Green Belt, preferably Black Belt) required
    Successful track record with Process Optimisation techniques, Continuous Improvement methodologies, Lean tools and techniques, such as but not limited to PDCA, VSM, AMDEC, ISHIKAWA, KAIZEN, RCA, Cause & Effect, QRQC, DMAIC, etc.
    Experience/ qualification in auditing
    Strong cross leadership of project teams required, positively influencing without reporting line
    Project Management certification or equivalent experience strongly desirable
    Procurement & Supply Chain qualifications or related experience desirable
    Automation experience and mind-set are a plus and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge a clear advantage
    Procurement and supply chain experience a definite plus
    Business Process Auditor, Quality Management qualification is a plus

    Responsibilities

    You will manage improvement of processes, in alignment with customer requirements, in order to achieve optimisation, best in class and excellence level.


    Your responsibilities include:

    Defining GPC Governance & Customer processes and organize them into a structured documentation system and also supporting the different customer process owners in GPC in the development of documentation of their processes
    Writing processes and keep them updated, in line with Stakeholders, Alstom integrated processes, internal controlling rules and ISO standards
    Ensuring that the repository space defined and developed by PMO team (e.g.: SharePoint) for this documentation is being used adequately: ensure availability of last version and archiving of previous ones and also maintain revision logs
    Defining standards and criteria to reach process excellence and ensuring processes compliance with all applicable standards (ISO, IRIS, CASRA, OSC)
    Managing all requested certification for the GPC organization, act as a project manager for their preparation (roadmap, assessment, gap analysis, risks identification, mitigation actions) and ensuring accountability and responsibility of process owners
    Staying aware of all changes in Alstom policies & directives that may impact our activities and organization
    Proposing internal audits plan and trained co-auditors to ensure compliance to applicable standards and conduct this audit plan
    Managing all corrective & preventive actions issued from external and internal audits and report on their deployment
    Managing improvement of processes, in alignment with customer requirements, in order to achieve standardisation and optimisation, until best in class and excellence level is achieved and maintained as per set standard and criteria; this also includes training employees in continuous improvement / lean methodologies
    Ensuring right communication on all new process documentation and notify each new revision and also defining the training plan regarding processes within the GPC organization and ensuring its realization
    Providing to the GPC LT all information regarding evolution of standards applicable to our scope of activities
    Preparing and providing any report regarding the processes & compliance topics
    Collaborate with the network in charge of processes documentation management (in Procurement and in Quality)
