    Requirements

    Ideal candidate for the Customer Service with German position:

    Customer-oriented communication and advice;
    Knowledge of and adherence to compliance regulations Advanced level of German; Service-oriented advice and customer care.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Advice on and sale of rail travel products
    - Advising on issuing and other conditions related to travel documents and travel products
    - Consideration of and compliance with travel guidelines
    - Knowledge of and adherence to compliance regulations
    - Handling of all incoming calls
    - Completion of bookings in the after-call work (ACW) period
    - Accurate processing of reservations
    - Processing of all enquiries,
    - Completion of all reservations from the online area
    - Processing of refunds for all unused travel documents
    - Maintenance of customer profiles
    - Processing of complaints
    - Administrative work such as preparation of railway statements
    - Reconciliation (billing instructions), sending itineraries and mailings to customers, processing subsequent customer enquiries (invoice copies, etc.), issuing, packing and punctual dispatch of all travel documents
    - Invoice filing
    - Clarification of internal queries from the finance department
    - Clarification of EBTA mis-charges
    - Processing of customer queries regarding billing discrepancies
    - Create documents (rail tickets and rail cards, etc.) and sales receipts from customer travel bookings, obtaining approval numbers via system or manually/telephonically as needed
    - Responsible for correct entries to Business Travel Account (BTA) and other CCs.
