What are we looking for?
The Procurement Customer Support with English is responsible for ensuring the monitoring and On-Time Delivery of M&S, Inventory and Assets orders through proactive expediting of such orders throughout the Demand to Deliver order lifecycle (from the Netting to actual delivery at Field Location), and responsible for ensuring that Supply hubs(PSC, MCT, LCT, DSC) are delivering Efficient and Reliable service for SLB Operations.
Responsabilities:
- Responsible for expediting orders from Purchase Orders creation to Delivery at Field location;
- Manage On-Demand Requests in ESM System;
- Proactively follow up on order status with suppliers to ensure on time completion;
- Be competent on all Supply systems and track the order status on internal systems (SAP);
- Inform Product Lines and other stakeholders of any concerns or delays in the order delivery;
- Support on problem solving process and Root Cause Analysis;
- Communicate order status to internal customers;
- Compile / update expediting reports/Tickets by suppliers, Product Line, location as required in Excel;
- Continuous improvement and knowledge management;
- Track deviations and raise non-conformance;
- Uphold HSE, TCC, Code of Ethics, Gift Policy, Schlumberger Financial Manual (SFM), Blue Print.
Requirements:
- A background in Procurement area;
- Detail-oriented;
- Teamplayer;
- Proactive;
- Negociation and Communication skills;
- English- Advanced
