    • IT market knowledge;

    Responsibilities

    If you have a lot of enthusiasm, positive attitude and you work well within a team you may be just the ideal candidate to:

    • Help the HR team by sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies using different channels; including generating referrals, connecting with alumni groups, social networks, networking events, and other creative tactics;
    • Maintain contact with potential candidates (via e-mail, phone, and LinkedIn), offering feedback on all of the project stages;
    • Work closely with hiring managers to determine position requirements;
    • Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines;
    • Update recruitment database.
