HR Admin with French

- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and French
- 0-2 years experience in HR Admin, HR processes
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Written and verbal communication skills

- Employee personal data changes - Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates,
- Process employment data - New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
- HR based transactions - mass loads, payments & deductions,
- Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
- Reporting -(ad-hoc, base),
- Country specific administrative activity.
