For our client, an European top-tier company in software development services and customer technical support, we are looking for an IT Recruiter to join their mission: finding the open-minded tech enthusiasts in order to develop fantastic apps. If you are passionate about HR and technology, this role is for you!
This role gives you the opportunity to be a part of a young and dynamic team and also support it by coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process.
What distinguishes you:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Proven experience in tech recruitment, at least 1+ years professional experience);
Ability to understand specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Demonstrated ability to coach Hiring Managers in making the best decisions possible.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Romanian and English

Your daily challenges will be:
Participate in full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interview, offer, offer negotiation;
Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact until the onboarding of the candidate;
Work directly with Hiring Managers in order to find and attract talent;
Use different sourcing techniques and channels to identify strong talent;
Keep your candidates in the loop. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
