Who you are:

• University studies in progress, preferably with technical background and/ or non-technical (e.g.: Business, Statistics etc.)

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

• You have good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, Power BI experience being a plus
• You have a good knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• You have excellent organizational skills
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with the team
• You have a positive attitude and pro-activeness
• You are reliable and responsible in your way of working
• You are creative
• You have the ability to work autonomously
• You are self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
• You are a trustworthy and professional person who can deal with confidential data

The languages you should know:

• Advanced English knowledge is mandatory

• You will be responsible for writing patent reports
• You will ensure the necessary reports (e.g. status, problems, progress etc) regarding your activities
• You will estimate efforts and plan activities according to the projects priorities
• You will help at producing high quality graphic design within agreed deadline
• You will contribute to designing corporate communication support (newsletters, posters, flyers, etc.)
