    Cerinte

    • Preferable Law degree or relevant business qualification;

    • Relevant experience in the field of at least 2 years;

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the organization;

    • Demonstrates high level problem solving skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple deadlines and effectively deliver tasks and processes on time;

    • Demonstrates commitment to & behavior beyond any doubt in the provision of high-quality customer service;

    • Very good organization skills;

    • Proficiency in English.

    Responsabilitati

    • Ensures the administrative services as support for the top management, coordination and administration of structures of the company in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
    • Prepares the schedule of meetings of the General Shareholders and the Board of Directors; prepare meeting’s agenda of the Corporate bodies by handling the summoning, the reception of documents on the agenda from the structures in charge;
    • Provides support and assistance to the management of the company regarding the implementation and formalization of the decisions to be presented to the management structures and subsequently follow them (directly, according to their own competencies or by communicating them to the competent structures);
    • Drafts the minutes of meetings of the General Shareholders' Meetings and the Board of Directors;
    • Ensures the implementation of the procedures for amending the Articles of Association and the formalities related to these changes;
    • Performs formalities regarding the registration of different types of changes in the Trade Registry (i.e. different changes of the Articles of Association, leaders and BoD members, new agencies, auditors, etc.), forwarding the relevant releases / requests to the National Bank of Romania, as well as the documents issued to the interested persons;
    • Maintains the company’s records and documents archive (minutes’ registers, company’s mandatory registers, the Shareholder Registry etc.) and made the necessary changes whenever needed;
    • Manages the relationship and communication with supervisory authority (National Bank of Romania), and other related institutions, such as: ALB (Romanian Association of Financial Companies);
    • Provides support and advice to the Company and its management in relation to interaction with regulatory bodies, government institutions and other public institutions;
    • Fulfills the formalities regarding prior notifications / approvals to the NBR, according to the legal regulations in force;
    • Administrate the policies, regulations and procedures data base;
    • Ensure that all company’s internal regulations are reviewed by the relevant divisions/departments, in accordance with the regulatory framework and notify them to NBR in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
    • Ensure the dissemination of the internal regulation by dedicated electronic support;
    • Identify the changes in the organizational structure of the Company and elaborate an inventory of regulations affected by the new organizational structure, identifying process owner in accordance with the Functioning Regulation and follows the implementation of changes
