IT Consultant for VMWare - IT (TM)

Job Description:

* Ensuring the VMWare Horizon View Environment worldwide;
* Installations/maintenance of VMWare Horizon View components;
* Troubleshooting and debugging the installations;
* Creation and maintenance of NSX firewall rules;
* Master image creation;
* DNS/DHCP configurations;
* Application installation and configuration;
* Ensuring the fulfillment of the SLA for the service;
* Providing 3rd level technical support for the service
* Reporting and forecasting for expanding resource planning such as storage, RAM, CPU etc.;
* Coordination of activities with other Infrastructure groups;
* Making changes and improvements derived from the patterns discovered along with future trends.

Job Requirements:

This is what it takes to be a successful in IT Consultant for VMWare:

* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Informatics;
* 3 to 5 years of experience with VMWare Horizon View Administration;
* 3 to 5 years knowledge of IT Infrastructure and the necessary components from network to windows servers and clients.;
* Minimum 1 year experience with a major cloud provider;
* VMWare certification would be advantage;
* Basic knowledge with Incident, Change, and Service Management;
* Basic experience with Agile methodologies;
* Good communication skills;
* Fluent in English.
