Planisware Project Manager - BA AM CSC (TM)

Job description:

Main Responsibilities:

Planisware (Integrated Project management and Project Portfolio Management tool) roll out and Power user.

* Create concept of Planisware for Continental automotive as a member of cross BA team;
* Define interface between Planisware and required tool (e.g. Jira, HR database etc);
* Create roll out strategy and execute roll out within AM;
* Create Training materials;
* Train power users;
* Train users;
* On the job roll out support;
* Planisware roll out 2nd wave;
* Act as Main power user for Planisware;
* Create standard KPI for ADAS;
* Alignment with IT and tool supplier on tool function requirement;
* (Future) Lead PM excellence project (e.g. improve Gate FPY, develop cost control method etc);

Job requirements:

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

* University or Master Degree;
* English Advanced skills for writing, reading, and speaking;
* Knowledge on project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Global PS, ePSR);
* Knowledge on Project Management Process and method;
* Good understanding on Finance (Budget and Profitability);
* Good understanding on development method and KPI;
* Experience with Power BI;
* Preferably knowledge on Python;
* Skill to lead cross functional/organizational team members;
