    We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist with French/German in our Performance Material & Technologies (PMT) department in Bucharest.

    Work as part of a successful Order Management Team (OMT) team responsible for delivering all aspects of Order Management administration. Comply with business processes and controls to deliver ‘best in class’ customer service and order management fulfilment.

    Responsabilitati

    Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

    Responsibilities:

    - Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all product orders
    - Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes
    - Customer order processing in ERP system
    - Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/ amendment
    - Checking stock levels
    - Responsible for solving issues related to wrong delivery, delays, rejected product returns
    - Responsible for preparing the necessary documents to deliver the goods to the final customer
    - Responsible for keeping customer informed about delivery dates and delays and ensuring order confirmation is sent
    - Responsible for generating invoices, cancel invoices for returned goods and notifying customer and collection department
    - Responsible for informing the customer within 24 hours about the order status based on the latest information received from the purchasing department/ factory
