We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist with Italian and English for our client, who provides specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, and HR.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C1 proficiency) and in English (B2+) in both oral and written;
- At least 1 year of experience required in recruiting, direct sourcing or research;
- Knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter and or experience in recruiting/sourcing of IT profiles;
- Experience with Booleans, stakeholder management, exposure to EMEA markets is nice to have;
- Analytical mindset and data driven approach;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Effective time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing advanced search techniques to identify candidates on databases, networking tools, through networking/recommendations or via the Internet.
- Building relationships with the (passive) candidates in your network.
- Working effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Creating and manage “talent pools” for frequently hired roles.
- Conducting initial base level screen against pre-agreed criteria.
- Preparing shortlist for Recruiter to finalize the selection.
- Supporting with the administration of campaign work (Graduate and experienced hires).
- Preparing market mapping by researching the market, competitor mapping, geography mapping.
