    Acts as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to Corporate Technology products; processes and systems:

    • Manages projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring project charters, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place
    • Works with project sponsors/stakeholders to agree project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status reports to update key stakeholders on project progress
    • Evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk, etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
    • Manages project workstreams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case and ensuring full-service delivery
    • Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management
    • Represents the project in various governance forums.
    • Business Planning - begin eliciting business requirements and modelling processes (as-is/to-be, using Business Processing Mapping), recording in standard documentation, and socializing the project with leadership and other technology teams (i.e. Architecture, DevOps, Service Management)
    • Definition and Design - facilitate workshops to evolve scope, gather detailed requirements, develop use cases and begin visualizing the end result, using standard tools and techniques
    • Delivery and Deployment - consulting role, providing clarification services regarding the project Vision, Scope and Requirements, plus assessing and managing Change Requests through the standard process. Assist testing teams with crafting suitable test scripts
    • Operations and Service Management - Ensure smooth transition to Support
    • Support product owner with business analysis for project with large scope/complexity
    • Sits within the scrum team
    • Work with product owner on maintaining the backlog
    • Perform analysis on requirements
    • Perform due diligence on user stories to ensure that they include all of the relevant detail as per definition of ready
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure that the priorities for each sprint/release are understood
    • Manage your own schedule of work and work with stakeholders or subject matter experts, with limited supervision through our project lifecycle
    • Use templates, tools and (internal) processes consistently, helping evolve all as required
    • Develop and maintain a good relationship with business stakeholders
    • Maintain a good understanding of industry trends around Business Intelligence technologies and Business Analysis techniques
    • Remain familiar with company news, policies, products and culture. Keep mandatory training up to date

    Working experience:

    • 3+ years of direct experience as a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst, having influenced multiple technology or business projects or programs
    • Previous experience project management, previous experience in team co-ordination / management
    • Strong experience in business analysis techniques, such as gathering requirements through interviews and workshops, or modelling processes and use cases
    • Demonstrable experience working throughout a project lifecycle, engaging with various stakeholders and managing and/or reviewing appropriate project documentation
    • Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations is a plus

    IT skills:

    • Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
    • Good background in SaaS and knowledge of technology estates
    • Proven training in software development lifecycle or methodologies
    • Experience with Agile delivery methodology
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications
    • Experience of solutions involving Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Company Secretariat Property/Facilities and Sourcing/Procurement platforms is a plus
    • Project Management qualification by a recognizable institution is a plus (e.g. PRINCE2, APM),
    • Certification in Business Analysis, by a recognizable institution is a plus

    Soft skills:

    • Strong Planning, organisational and stakeholder holder management, with confidence to challenge preconceptions of outcomes and solutions
    • Good communication, presentation, documentation and customer engagement skills with proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels
    • Global experience - working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously
