    Role Specific Responsibilities

    • Design and build a new CoE capability supporting Heads of Business Management operational functions and Group PMO teams.
    • Identify the relevant Subject Matter Experts and work with management to form effective knowledge management team
    • Work with knowledge management team to identify internal and external deliverables and data sources relevant to customer
    • Define requirements for the reporting processes and supervise the delivery of leadership level reports.
    • Support project delivery globally through maintenance of standardized data sets including workforce, vendor and finance.
    • Facilitate continuous improvement across Group reporting and data requests
    • Define and regularly update the architecture and requirements for the knowledge management / sharing system solution
    • Ensure knowledge-base is constantly updated by effectively extracting new content from technology team members (leveraging CDE)
    • Set up feedback mechanism and process and actively involve the business in the knowledge management / sharing initiative
    • Recommend and assist in the development of policies, procedures, standards and templates that can help standardize knowledge gathering and distribution
    • Deliver knowledge management solution and updates on-time and on-budget

    Business Partnership

    • Establish and maintain working relationships with the business and technology team members
    • Engage and integrate the business in relevant initiatives

    People Management

    • Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed upon project milestones
    • Proactively promote consistent career management, performance measurement and skill development of junior staff
    • Actively participate in HR performance measurement processes
    • Assist in defining staffing plans and recruiting to achieve goals
    • Demonstrate ability to work in team environment and help resolve issues

    Knowledge Sharing / Management

    • Promote the use of knowledge management processes and tools
    • Share / leverage successful products, processes and best practices across the technology organization
    • Implement communication and knowledge sharing process for team members
    • Assist in evaluating knowledge-sharing tools and making recommendations for standard approaches / tools
    • Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.)
    • Refine and enhance technology methodologies and / or standards

    Qualifications.

    • College degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience
    • Typically requires at least 5 years of relevant knowledge management or applicable business experience
    • Requires well rounded understanding of technology, operations and business processes
    • Requires re-engineering / process improvement experience, leading and coaching quality improvement projects
    • Requires strong project management skills
    • Requires strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
    • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Requires the ability to coach and transfer knowledge to key stakeholders
