Requirements include:

Interest in banking, knowledge related to a bank’s basic products, balance-sheet and P
Analytical profile, with a desire to expand the technical, quantitative and presentation skill-set;
The habit to follow-through when pursuing objectives, alongside a ‘can-do’ attitude. An inclination towards systematic, organized and disciplined approach when taking on tasks;
Excellent data analysis skills; SQL knowledge, data structuring/modeling techniques are clear advantages;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, good command of database management; openness towards new technologies and applying innovation to improve existing workflows;
Composure when facing tight deadlines. Ability to effectively cope with stress;
Very good academic record with economic/financial or computer science background;
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Relevant experience in similar positions or dealing with similar activities is a plus.

What would I get to do?

Manage the bank’s MIS tool and prepare management accounting information in the controlling contribution margin format, designed to reflect client, segment, product and bank profitability;
Efficiently communicate with other departments in the bank, like IT, Treasury, Risk, Accounting, Business lines, Financial Planning & Analysis and Vienna head-office, in order to build quality financial information for different areas of the bank, in a manner that will assist the Top Management to develop and deploy informed business decisions;
Understand, control and, if necessary, alter the reporting flow, in order to improve its efficiency;
Produce and design financial reports from the MIS, with the purpose to enable the business heads to promptly react to the changing business environment, on a monthly or ad-hoc basis;
Engage in automation initiatives of the reporting process and financial reports; collaborate mainly with Business Intelligence, but also with business lines and Controlling Analysis & Planning in order to develop self-service BI tools for efficient and effective data dissemination;
Consistently address data quality issues and search for improvement measures.
