Senior M&A Associate

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. The company is profitable, has over EUR 100m in annual revenues, and has 700 employees in offices across ten countries in Europe, Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remained a founder-owned private company.

Based in corporate headquarters in Bucharest, you will be an integral part of the M&A Team as we expand geographically and consolidate the iGaming B2B space.
Reporting to the Head of M&A, you will join the finance team and work directly in M&A deals, by analyzing potential targets, help on Financial Due Diligence and deal structuring.
You will work closely with the founders and main stakeholders in the group, as well as other Group support functions and the finance team.

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English is a must;
You hold a degree within Economics, Finance or similar;
Ideally you have some years of experience from investment banking, a corporate finance function or management consulting;
Ability to read and understand financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement);
Ability to value companies on a multiples valuation basis by looking at publicly listed companies and private transactions;
You must have good analytical and quantitative skills;
You can absorb complex information easily and can relay it in a coherent and credible manner;
Experience of drafting PPT presentations;
The candidate will need to be emotionally intelligent, mature and resilient and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Your main role will be end-to-end involvement in M&A processes, starting with analyzing the targets, drafting offers, Due Diligence involvement, transaction structuring, liaising with external advisers and closing;
You will analyze international potential targets for M&A from a financial and business perspective;
Analyze and keep an updated list of EveryMatrix’ peers regarding trading updates, valuation and changes in strategy;
Prepare potential target presentations, containing business plan, synergies, and acquisition reasoning for management / Board of Directors;
Help with Due Diligence focusing on financials review and liaising with external advisors on other Due Diligence matters;
Assist the Investor Relations department on preparing financial and business data on a quarterly basis;
Assist management on updating internal business plan forecasting and business segmentation.
