Project Manager

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. Technical University/Computer Science or University of Economics / Business-Management;
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, IT product management;
Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with developers is a must;
Good software skills (Microsoft Office suite, Gant Charts, JIRA/Confluence, productivity tools);
Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
With initiative & responsible (respects deadlines/agreements etc.);
Result oriented with problem solving skills;
Good delegator and coach;
Fantastic team spirit;
Planning and organizing;
Experience working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability.
Passion for casino and/ or betting – a great plus;
Project Management Certification or courses are a plus.

We are looking to add a Project Manager, with a real passion for Technology and Project Management, to our awesome Delivery Management team in the ever-expanding world of iGaming and Sports betting. You will manage internal projects and help push EveryMatrix forward on new markets and expand its capabilities and offering. Through your role, you will have interactions with most of the people inside EveryMatrix and know all the ins and outs of this industry.
Manage project development from initiation to closure;
Perform high-level project planning and scheduling;
Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timing;
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports – monitoring progress against baseline;
Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
