- BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Min 6 months’ work experience as a Talent Sourcer or experience in administration/support roles which require attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills,
- Nice to have hands-on experience with sourcing strategies.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively.
- Outstanding time-management skills.
- Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Negotiation and sales skills.
- Creative and positive mindset.
- Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards).
- Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and determine position prerequisites.
- Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures.
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
- Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
- Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
- Help organize internal recruitments processes and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
