    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    • You have min. 1-year of work experience in IT support positions
    • You have customer-oriented skills (ability to listen), a sense of service, good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
    • You have analytical skills (ability to analyze and synthesize
    • You have English + German - advanced level
    • IT / Technical University degree - would be a plus

    Responsibilities


    • Ensure users are updated through proper channels regarding evolution and closure of incidents/requests assigned to the Service Desk team/agent.
    • Investigate, diagnose and research the issues/requests coming from users and resolve where possible using the Knowledge Base available, online resources (user communities, forums, etc), team members, or coordination/escalation with other IT teams concerned.
    • Be able to identify and report to the team missing/incomplete/obsolete documentation.
    • Keep the team updated on the technology changes they are made aware that might impact the team
