    - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related discipline;
    - Relevant work experience in IT, preferably in both technical and customer support roles;
    - Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role;
    - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills;
    - Ability to work independently, self-discipline, reliability, consistency;
    - Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills;
    - Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
    - Good communications skills in English (German is a plus).


    - Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, servers, OSs, software applications and other computing systems;
    - Creating user accounts and assigning user permissions;
    - Setting up system-wide software;
    - Creating backup and retrieval policies and assigning bulk storage;
    - Creating file systems;
    - Monitoring network communication;
    - Updating systems upon release of new OSs or software;
    - Implementing computer, network and security policies for system and network users; - - Strategic planning for service and system outages;
    - System-related project management;
    - User training and management;
    - High-level technical knowledge and technical support experience.
