    3 years experience in IT recruitment in a fast-paced agile environment;
    Experience in organizing team events, researching suppliers, and facilitating activities;
    A good understanding of individual and group psychology;
    Proactive in finding solutions to challenges and offering a helping hand where needed;
    Presentation skills, able to explain information clearly and engage the audience;
    Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Romanian;

    Create and implement the recruitment strategy for open roles;
    Accompany candidates through all steps of the recruitment process, focusing on creating a great candidate experience;
    Manage the hiring process from job offer to employment documents;
    Supervise the onboarding of new team members, in collaboration with all the roles involved in the process;
    Maintain a powerful employer brand by working with the marketing team;
    Represent the company and brand at various events (job fairs, conferences, etc.) and engage in networking activities;
    Coordinate and implement creative internal events supporting company culture and team engagement;
    Work closely with the People Development & Culture Specialist on other processes and initiatives according to team needs;
    Work together with the Office Manager on other employee relations tasks according to needs.
