    Applications Functional Support (40%): Providing user support for standard applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cegid and for client-specific applications

    IT Service Desk (40%): Providing Premium experience in IT support for 250 000 users of Windows, Windows 10, Office and Office 365

    BPO (20%): Externalization of business processes, back-office activities within our specialization

    Essential experience/skills:

    - The employee must be technically autonomous and must work in close collaboration with the actors of the support chain (SD, proximity and infra team).
    - The profile must be a Workstation Engineer, it will support the local technicians as Level 2/3.
    - He must therefore have a good level of technical analysis, autonomy and ability to develop the skills of local technicians.

    Spoken languages: Advance French + English

    Responsabilitati

    The desired profile will have to process tickets escalated by the onsite team:

    - Workstation environment and its components (physical and virtual)
    - Windows 10
    - Windows Servers,
    - SCCM (master, packaging)
    - Office, OneDrive
    - SharePoint,
    - Active Directory,
    - Supervision / monitoring /automatisation
    - LAN/WAN Networks
    - Backup
    - Security elements (traffic flow, firewall, VPN)
    - ToIP CISCO (terminals)
