Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
student in final year or fresh graduate (Bachelor's Degree) in IT/ Computer Science, Engineering, Technology
knowledge of at least one of the following Systems: Windows, Unix or Linux
any programming language
awareness of Ticket Systems (such as Remedy, Optis, JIRA or others )
Good Troubleshooting skills
good communication skills

Application and Web Servers Administration knowledge
Bash Scripting knowledge
Your Role and Responsibilities :
As a member of our project, you will be responsible for a wide range of web application used by dealers and customers to cover topics like, damage report, car configuration, online banking, contract views, financing, aftersales and more..
The Web Applications are developed internally in C#, based on the .NET framework, using Oracle database.
These Applications are hosted on Microsoft IIS Servers locally and in the Azure Cloud. Release are deployments with Azure Devops.
The environments are farm based clusters hosted by HyperV systems, complete with firewalls and load balancers.

interpret/analyze code and application logs in order to troubleshoot errors
various means for analysis such using SQL Developer, powershel, unix, cmd and internal developed tools
ITIL Foundation Process such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, SLA Management.
The internship is on 3-month-contract, full time, with possibility of continuity.
