    Requirements

    Let's meet if you have these skills:

     University Degree in Economics or other relevant subjects;
     Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
     Strong Excel and analytical skills; excel VBA and Power BI would be an advantage;
     SQL/Tableau knowledge would be preferable;
     Experience in budgeting process and business modelling;
     Principles knowledge related to profitability, pricing, purchasing, commercial conditions, inventory management;
     Detail oriented, capable of spotting flaws in processes and data inconsistencies, problem solving;
     Ability to work with high volumes of data;
     Highly organized, task focused and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
     Fluent in English.

    The Marketplace Team oversees the integration of new sellers on the eMAG platform. It basically opens a very complex ecosystem to local businesses. The team is in charge of all relationships with sellers, from contracts and payments to workflow and procedures, in order to ensure a great customer experience. With us, you won’t just be gaining experience. You’ll obtain determination, agility and a new perspective that will propel you towards your professional ideal.

    What will you do in our team:

     Combine financial and analytical skills in order to support decision-making process within eMAG Partners business line;
     Contribute to Budgeting Process within Marketplace Division;
     KPIs definition together with business teams, as well as its periodically monitoring and review;
     Analysis of daily, monthly, quarterly and annually commercial results in comparison with the budget/forecast/historical trends;
     Provide explanations for Actual vs. Budget/last period deviations;
     Interpreting reports /correlating data from different areas and throughout the business verticals;
     Contribute to elaboration of the strategic business cases;
     Defining specifications for reports or new functionalities for BI team.
