    Bachelor or higher degree in Technical University;
    Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English;
    Minimum of 1 year of telecommunications customer service/ technical support experience for Transmission DWDM;
    Experience with the following products: DWDM nodes (OTM, FOADM, ROADM, OLA), Network Management Systems, OSA;
    Experience with the following concepts OTN, ASON, ODUk SNCP, OTS/OMS/OCh/client trails, TCP/IP;
    CCNP qualification is preferred;
    Mobile backhaul network arhitecture and design experience;
    Strong capability on studying new telecommunication and product knowledge;
    One should have a strong sense of responsibility and take the serious and meticulous attitude during working;
    Well organized, accurate and meticulous person, able to work mostly independently;
    Proven ability to handle and comply to multiple procedures;
    Patience and high attention to details are required.


    Design and integration of new nodes in the existing Huawei networks;
    Provide customer service and technical support for Huawei Transmission DWDM Product customers;
    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify network/applications issues;
    Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure, and upgrade Transmission DWDM Products;
    Use various department tools, technical knowledge, lab equipment, and on-line resources for customer issue resolution.
