We are looking for a Transaction Processing Analyst With Polish for our client, who provides specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, and HR.

Requirements:

- At least B2 Polish Level and and least B1 English language level
- Customer oriented
- At least 1 year of similar experience.

Finance and Accounting role, on the Procure to Pay tower/ also known as Account Payables. Main tasks:

o Managing relationship of the client with his vendors, more precisely: receiving vendor invoices, checking for accuracy, ensuring they get recorded and paid in due time
o Communication with client on invoices which cannot be paid because they lack some piece of information (10% calls, 90% Emails)
o Communication status of such invoices / future payments to the vendors by phone and email (10% calls,90% Emails)
o Reporting tasks – e.g. checking invoices received versus what we have paid or are still due to pay and when.
