    Cerinte

    Knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics (approximately 2-5 years);
    Previous testing experience is a plus;
    English knowledge (spoken and written);
    Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
    Good time-management skills;
    Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
    Creative thinker with a vision and detail oriented;
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responding to client IT support requests;
    Creating new reports and low coding customizations (e.g. simple workflow changes);
    Meeting with business units to diagnose software issues;
    Offering solutions that meet the needs of the requester;
    Test specific features and consolidate feedback and issues from multiple users. Follow through for complete resolution;
    Tracking and managing work records through ticketing platform;
    Train users on specific features under his/her support specialty.
