• Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012 or Navision environment a great advantage
• High school/ university degree in economics or IT and willingness to further education
• Knowledge of accounting basics an advantage
• Ability to solve problems and provide technical support to users
• Independence and ability to work in a team
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Experience with the Release Management process is an advantage
• A proactive and consistent approach with an emphasis on accuracy
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Experience of developing on MS Power Platform, PowerShell is an advantage, as is knowledge of other areas such as MSSQL, M365, Power BI and the Microsoft world in general.

• Administration and testing for Microsoft's internal ERP systems – MS Dynamics AX 2012 and Navision
• Providing technical and process support to ERP users and solving system problems
• Regular monitoring and prevention of the environment
• Coordination and deployment of new changes and active communication with key users and vendor
• Collaborating with the vendor and other team members in testing, implementing new features and supporting related systems.
