    Fluent English written and spoken;
    Good knowledge of MS-Outlook;
    Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.

    For our client, a global IT service provider for financial services, we are recruiting a Personal Assistant.

    As part of the Personal Assistance Department, the Personal Assistant will provide remote support for an Executive Manager.


    Maintaining the calendars of the management team and scheduling and organizing meetings;
    Tracking of deadlines and mailed items (Managing the mailbox);
    Sending reminders and standard communications
    Follow-up on to-dos & action items;
    Preparing presentation documents;
    Coordinating international workshops, including agenda setting, participants, logistics. Support and track status of preparations;
    Organization of travel arrangements and the processing of travel documents;
    General administrative tasks.
