You come with:

Experience 2-4 years in content writing and/or procedure documentation
Experience 1 year on process design
Continuous improvement mindset
Documentation/Content/Procedural writing
Process Design or Process Solution development
Superior written & verbal communication skills
Research skills;
Microsoft Outlook suite knowledge.

Your day in Conectys:

You will research, outline, write and edit new or existing process content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
You will gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
You will work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
You will assist and back up the Transition manager with Scope definition for new projects
You will research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
