Your new role
You will provide regional and local support as Recruiter for end-to-end recruitment processes, covering profiles with various expertise and seniority.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, economics, or other related fields
Over 2 years of experience as Recruiter (preferably in IT, operational roles and/or HR)
Experience in managing an end-to-end recruitment process
Strong experience in working with social media and other advertising platforms for sourcing candidates
Proven experience in contributing to company’s employer branding strategy and proposing initiatives with high visibility and impact
Results orientation, attention to details & business acumen
Multicultural approach, adaptability and problem solving attitude
Fluency in English
