    What we are looking for:

    Graduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in secretarial activities
    Strong organizing and planning skills
    Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office tools)
    Fluency in written and spoken English
    Team spirit and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

    Responsabilitati

    As a Tax Administrative Assistant you will:

    Manage day-to-day administrative agenda in Romanian and English
    Administrate clients information and correspondence
    Provide support regarding department's documents
    Manage logistic of business trips, meetings and trainings
    Handle internal and external phone calls.
