    We are looking for a highly experienced Technology Talent Acquisition Expert with significant exposure in local and international Tech market, to be a part of our HR team and taking part of ambitious projects.

    Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

    Reporting to HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for:

    Main activities:
    »  Partner with hiring managers to identify the talent needs and advise on and manage end-to-end recruitment at all levels; »  Lead and conduct full life cycle recruitment and provide best options for securing talent in time while ensuring the best in class management and candidate experiences
    »  Develop talent acquisition strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
    »  Ensure consistent application of employer branding in all recruitment activities
    »  Ensure consistent recruitment KPI’s and reporting as well candidates database
    »  Proactively research and understand the Tech market, including business trends, competitor awareness and potential opportunities
    »  Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking and proactive search in different and diverse countries/markets
    »  Participate in the selection process and support Managers in final decisions
    »  Create a great candidate experience and track employee’s journey in the organization
    »  Maintain and enhance EDC brand or reputation
    »  Manage and collaborate with agencies, service providers and suppliers
    »  Build successful relationships to partner with third party agencies
    »  Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
    »  Refine selection criteria and design appropriate methods and processes for candidate evaluation and role fit

    Required skills & profile

    »  5-7 years of experience in Recruitment / HR out of which at least 2 in Tech industry
    »  University degree

    Knowledge and Skills
    »  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    »  Advanced level of  English
    »  Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
    »  Working experience within globally distributed multi-cultural teams
    »  Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
    »  Curios and creative
    »  Adaptable to change in rapidly evolving environment
    »  Ability to work across departmental boundaries to resolve issues
    »  Autonomous, committed and team player
    »  Working experience with:

    • ATS – preferably Workday
    • MS Office pack
    • Digital media trends, career site development and digital media channel
