    Cerinte

    Ideal Candidate:

    High school graduate;
    PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office;
    Real estate knowledge is a plus;
    Proficient in written and spoken English;
    Strong communication skills;
    Proactive and responsible person, with a positive attitude, who understands the specific priorities.

    Responsabilitati

    For one of our clients, a real estate consultancy and property management company, we are currently looking for an Information Management Officer.

    The Information Management Officer will have to manage and collect data and information to support and provide professional advice to a team member. He will also contribute and assist the team in executing the company's business plan and meeting customer needs and expectations.


    Responsibilities:

    Ensures efficient communication and keeps the connection between client and team members;
    Contributes to the elaboration and updating of marketing materials for properties under the coordination of the Marketing department;
    Providing support to the Advisory department, including planning and organizing meetings and providing specific documentation;
    Efficient management of CRM and related storage files;
    Work closely with the Director of the Advisory Department to ensure that development, contacts, projects and communications are accurately listed and regularly reviewed, conducting pre-meeting customer surveys and ensuring the integrity of the data held.
    Proactively seeking and engaging in development and training activities to develop experience and knowledge.
