aplicatii software pentru puncte de vanzare (asa numitele PointOf-Sales, sau POS),

• Preferably a business analyst with a product ownership background
• Experience of Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Understanding of SAFe (advantageous)
• Experience of the Business Process Framework and knowledge of business process tools, e.g. ARIS/Visio

You will be responsible for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of products and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the high quality, integrated end to end solutions for our Customers.

Your role:
As part of our culture of continuous improvement, the Business Analyst will also propose and lead internal improvement activities that will enable continuous learning, growth and development.
You will have experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, leading on the analysis approach, tools and techniques across both and your focus will be to:
• Understand and contribute to shaping the roadmap, product and customer experience vision by working closely with the Product Manager and other senior stakeholders, taking responsibility to scope and define Minimum Viable Products for delivery and contributing to the overall solution context.
• Understand, at a high level, our IT applications so that you can provide context when engaging with business stakeholders as well as using your knowledge to identify and propose capability gaps common across portfolios.
• Analyze business needs from test perspective
• Set up test execution plan to the given project
• Write and validate business process based tests end-to-end
• Execute and coordinate the testing (in case of bigger projects)
• Administration and coordination of tickets with the Technology and Operational Business Units
• Represent the business side to the developer
• Coordination of business validation of tests and errors
