    Fort de son implantation sur le marché local (Cegedim Rx & Cegedim Customer Information) et conscient du potentiel de talents dans les domaines de l'IT en Roumanie, le groupe Cegedim a choisi Bucarest pour créer son nouveau Centre de Services.
    Cegedim Service Center a installé ses locaux dans le quartier d'affaires de Pipera (tour Globalworth Plaza), très proche de la station de métro Aurel Vlaicu et de ses centres d'intérêt. Après un plus de 3 ans d'activité, déjà plus de 300 collaborateurs (janvier 2021) ont fait le choix de nous rejoindre et de construire ensemble un centre d'excellence opérationnelle ainsi qu'un environnement de travail agréable et riche en opportunités.
    Nous poursuivons notre croissance et recherchons des professionnels francophones dynamiques sur les métiers suivants (tous niveaux confondus) : Téléconseiller hotline, Support technique type helpdesk, Gestionnaire de paie et gestionnaire administratif, Consultant Informatique Système d'Information RH.

    Mandatory skills:
    • Post graduate (Master’s degree or equivalent experience), at least 1-2 years work experience in a similar position
    • OSI Model, LAN technologies, basic IP network
    • PC hardware and software knowledge
    • Microsoft Desktop applications

    Desirable skills:
    • Rigorousness, Creativity
    • Problem solving, delivers timely and accurate results
    • Able to learn
    • Able to teach others, effectively shares information
    • Foreign languages (English – mandatory, French is an advantage).

    Responsabilitati

    Provides technical assistance activities to the company’s users:
    • Analyzes each user problem and suggests alternative solutions in order to meet the users expectations, in consultation with the relevant Local or Corporate IT staff ;
    • Performs the maintenance and updates of applications: test and assess the hardware and software to determine the efficiency, the reliability and the compatibility with the existing systems and network;
    • Implements and monitors the company’s IT infrastructure according to the guidelines and instructions;
    • Analyzes the logs and statistics concerning the IT platforms;
    • Controls the resources and provides alerts hierarchically of any issue;
    • Performs software installations;
    • Delivers and updates work documentation, SOP’s;
    • Keeps the company informed about any problem related to the use and the maintenance of the IT systems and tools;
    • Keeps himself updated on Information Technologies;
    • Works with the IT sub-contractors (if applicable);
    • Implements and reports on the Security Policy;
    Adjust and implements the security management system according to the Corporate requirements/recommendations
    Formalize and manage the required security documentation
    Train and increase the awareness of the employees about the security requirements
    Follow up security incidents and implement actions to reduce security risks
    Follow up and improve security (indicators, dashboard, action plans, audits, etc.).
