* Responsible to recommend and develop the commercial strategy and action plans necessary to reach volume and profits objectives defined in AOP on the managed categories for the Top Traditional Trade (local chains) and Wholesalers customers he/she is responsible for.
* The role will develop and align the commercial agreements with local chains (local Key Account) and Wholesalers customers. Will develop and implement follow up tools, in order to ensure the perfect execution of commercial contracts.
* Will develop monthly promotional plan in order to maximize the impact of Commercial activities.
* Will be responsible for achieving the net revenue targets in order to ensure the delivery of profitable growth.
* The role will be responsible to prepare forecasts and budgets.
* Offers support and guidance to Sales team with negotiation of commercial agreement for Top Traditional Trade and Wholesaler customers with high potential of growths.
* Prepare annual consolidated promotional plan.
* Ensure NPD fast penetration.
* Drive perfect execution of PepsiCo execution standards including management/ responsibility of negotiated/ executed tools
Proficiency in English and MS Office applications,
Min. 3-5 years' experience in Sales Traditional Trade/Organized Trade (preferably FMCG)
Solid knowledge of business environment
Solid negotiation skills and analytical skills
