Connect44 was founded in the heart of Switzerland. Our goal was to support Telecom Operators and Equipment Manufacturers to design, manage and Optimise Mobile Networks. Starting with some of the first 2G voice networks, we began to grow our team of professionals to equip ourselves for new projects with new technologies and new ways of working. Investing substantial amounts of our budget on training, we started to move into 3G then 4G. Soon came the changes to IP networks, VOIP and preparing networks for large amounts of data by modernisation of old analogue networks to the digital standards. Over the past years Connect44 has steadily developed key longterm partnerships with its clients in many European countries with offices in Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Romania and Chile.

- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role;
- French language: minimum B1;
- Good analytical skills.

- Provide Delivery support to Connect44 internal Project teams;
- Coordination between Technical/Sales/Project/Finance/HR Departments;
- Creation and issuance of consultant contracts;
- Creation and management of contractor and employee projects in AX;
- Continuous support / liaison with Sales account manager to manage contract and project extensions;
- Liaising with client, Connect44 sales responsible and project personnel;
- Project delivery end to end support and assistance;
- Liaising with Connect44 Project team leads/Managers;
- Liaising with Client Project Managers as and when required;
- Liaising with Client financial departments ;
- Supporting internally with Governance and client reporting;
- Providing Support with Project Scheduling and day to day tasks;
- Point of contact / Client Liaison between Team lead and Connect44 Management;
- Logistic planning ;
- Continuous after sales care ;
- Time sheet admin/ co-ordination;
- Checking, approving and booking Management Company Invoices for payment ;
- Liaising with client, Connect44 sales responsible and project personnel;
- Client Permanent placement Invoicing ;
- PO/ Invoice administration ;
- Liaising with client, Connect44 sales responsible and project personnel ;
- Credit note management ;
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable.
- Requesting and monitoring Purchase orders in line with client / project operational agreed terms ;
- Liaising with client, Connect44 sales responsible and project personnel.
