Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

What you will bring to us:

- 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, preferably on a similar role.
- Bachelor level in Finance/ Economics is mandatory.
- Fluency in English.
- SAP knowledge is nice to have.

As a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for:

- Accounts payable management for vendor invoices: reception, check, order/ invoice reconciliation, accounting coding, posting and payment.
- Monitoring of intercompany invoices.
- Checking GL accounts GR/IR.
- Management of vendor master data.
- Point of contact for vendors for invoices and payments status updates.
- Analysis of vendor accounts debit.
- Analysis of vendor expenses and reporting.
- Expense report: reception, check, posting, payment.
- Preparation and posting of prepaid expenses and accruals for vendors.
- Preparation and submission of tax and declarations reports.
